so bam since i did this with out any help or a pattern....or basically any help what so ever 
i ended up sewing eachstrand of the plastic tubing, string, foam and ribbon together BY HAND!!!!

do you knows how many times i have stabbed my fingers (/ TT 0 TT)/
but i do think it was totally worth it

i will post pictures of the whole out fit once thats done...im afraid it wont be to extravagant 
aint no body got money fo dat
